Our Mission

Team 10th stands committed to providing resources and fostering relationships at the local, state, and federal levels to ensure our local leaders are successful for their members. DVP Gilman and Team 10th are dedicated to serving, protecting, and assisting the professional firefighters of Arizona, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, and the Commonwealth of The Northern Mariana Islands (C.N.M.I) – every local, every member, every time. Your Team 10th leaders will:

  Efficiently connect 10th District locals and members with the resources offered by the IAFF to ensure that the fire fighters on the frontlines have what they need to excel in one of the world's most challenging professions and to thrive once they retire from the fire service.
• 

  Advocate 24/7 to advance the rights, wages, benefits, and working conditions of firefighters in our district and across the country by educating lawmakers about firefighters' issues and needs and by supporting in word and deed the elected officials who support our members.
• 

  Serve in every way to leave Team 10th even better than we found it. We will operate in all ways with integrity, transparency, teamwork, and the same professionalism and courage demonstrated by the first responders of the 10th district.
