district service reps

Your 10th District IAFF district field service representative (DFSR) is Jimmy Smith. As a DFSR, Smith trains IAFF service representatives throughout Arizona, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, and Guam. He assists local officers in contract negotiations -- particularly in their first contract -- serves as a mentor for mediation and arbitration, and helps train locals across the 10th District. Our DFSR is integral to the success of our locals and the growth of the next generation of IAFF leaders.
